April to October - weekdays 12 noon to 5pm, weekends and public holidays till 6pm
November to March - 12 noon to 4pm daily

Accessibility:
One wheelchair for loan at each site. Level, but uneven, perimeter pathway circles ruins; some wheelchair users may need assistance. Three steps to priory undercroft - portable ramp available. Spiral staircase to upper viewing gallery.

Children's programme: Educational visits can be booked for school groups with a wide range of themes.
